Reghan Winkler, the Executive Director of the Lima Better Business Bureau warns of scams online concerning homes for rent of sale. The scam involves someone finding a house that is for sale and posted online and then re-advertising or posting it on places like Facebook Marketplace for rent. Winkler explains.
