Coldwater police investigating a murder

From the Coldwater Police Department:

On January 3, 2018, the Coldwater Police Department was called to 914 N Elm St in reference to a deceased female. Once arriving, it was discovered that the deceased female, Sandra Renner, was possibly involved in foul play.  The Coldwater Police Department requested assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Mercer County Sheriff's Office, and Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.  Upon further investigation, two search warrants were executed on two separate residences. After interviews with those occupants, Francy Majo age 19 from 912 N Elm St, was arrested for the murder of Sandra Renner. He is currently being held in the Mercer County Jail on a $1 million bond.

Coldwater Police Sgt Kyle Dues stated 47 year old Sandra Renner was found dead inside her apartment around 8:40 am on January 3rd. He did not say who found the victim or what area of the Apartment she was found. Dues stated there was definitely foul play involved. Throughout the investigation Majo became a prime suspect and discovery of some things on search warrants served to apartments next door to the victim led to Majo's arrest. An exact cause of death has not been released. Sgt Dues added he feels the case against Majo is "Ironclad".
