Celina woman sentenced for drug offense

31 year old Amanda Vogan of Celina has been sentenced to 3 to 5 years in the intervention program in drug court after court records indicated she pleaded guilty to 2 counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug and one count of trafficking in LSD. Vogan was arrested in early January after an indictment was handed down in mid December. The indictment states the offenses happened in April of last year. Vogan will remain in the Mercer County adult detention facility until she receives an injection of Vivitrol on May 1st. Vivitrol works to negate the effects of Opioid based drugs.
