St Henry Native and former NFL Player Jeff Hartings has been hired as the new football coach at Worthington Christian High School. The announcement was made this week by Athletic Director Kevin Weakley. Hartings, who played college at Penn State, played for the Detroit Lions from 1996-2000 and for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2001-06, where he played on a Super Bowl Championship team. Hartings was the offensive and defensive line coach for Worthington Christian the last 2 seasons. Hartings replaces former coach Brian Stier.
